Picking a screen size

Screen size is really a seating question. With a 4K panel you can sit closer than you could with an older set, and a 55" screen reads well from roughly two to three metres, which covers most sitting rooms in a Malé flat. Sit nearer than that and the picture starts to fill more of your view than is comfortable; much further back and the extra resolution stops being visible at all.
