Key features
Keeps food hot for hoursDouble-walled PU insulation holds serving temperature from the kitchen to the table, so the last serving is as warm as the first.
Stainless steel innerThe steel bowl does not absorb odour or stain, so rice, curry and roti taste the way they were cooked.
Steam controlA steam control system stops condensed steam dripping back into the food, so roti and fried items stay dry rather than going soggy.
Detachable inner basketThe inner basket lifts out for serving and for washing.
Easy to carry and serveIntegrated side handles and a shaped, easy-grip lid make it simple to carry full and serve straight onto the table.
Safe, food-grade buildA food-grade virgin plastic outer over a steel bowl - BPA-free, odour-free and built for daily use.
Description
The Milton Crisp DLX 2000 is a double-walled insulated casserole with a stainless steel inner bowl, made for serving hot food at the table and keeping it hot between servings. It holds 1700ml (1.7 litre).
A note on the name, because it catches people out: Milton calls this size Crisp DLX 2000 , but that number is a size class within the Crisp DLX range, not the amount it holds. The bowl itself holds 1700ml, and the specification table above lists both figures.
Thermoware like this is unpowered - the insulation does the work - so it goes straight from the kitchen to the dining table, to a picnic or to an office lunch. It is not for the microwave or the stove.
