The Milton Orchid 3500 is a double-walled insulated casserole with a stainless steel inner bowl, made for serving hot food at the table and keeping it hot between servings.
Capacity is not listed for this model because our sources disagree on it, and we would rather leave it out than print a figure we cannot stand behind. Ask us in store and we will measure it with you.
Thermoware like this is unpowered - the insulation does the work - so it goes straight from the kitchen to the dining table, to a picnic or to an office lunch. It is not for the microwave or the stove.
