How to choose

Chest or upright is the first fork. A chest holds its cold far longer when the power drops, because the cold air sits still in the box; an upright takes less floor and is easier to keep in order. Glass tops let a shop read its stock without lifting the lid, hard tops insulate better at home. Keep the lid gasket dry either way.
