ATG210 is the honeycomb twin burner in stainless steel. ATB251 appears as a cast-iron burner under a stainless and glass panel, and again in the painted blue-and-orange and purple flower finishes. ATS4301A is the plain cast-iron twin, ATB107 a single glass-top burner, and ATB102 the single infrared one.

How to choose

The burner head matters more than the body. Cast iron holds its shape under a heavy pot and takes years of scrubbing, while a pressed honeycomb head lights easily and cleans faster. Glass panels wipe down in one pass but want a trivet under anything lifted off the flame; a stainless panel absorbs that abuse instead. Count your pots as well, since a single burner is a second ring rather than a kitchen.
