Philips Air Fryers at Night Owl

The Philips air fryers climb by basket size: 3.2L in the NA110/00, 4.1L in the HD9200/91 and HD9252/21, 4.2L in the NA322/09, 6.2L in the HD9270/91 XL and the NA231/00, and 7.1L in the NA150/09, which splits into two drawers you can run at different settings.

Sizing the basket

The litre figure is the volume of the drawer, not the weight of food it will cook well. Hot air has to move around what is inside, so a basket filled to the brim steams rather than crisps. Reckon on 3.2L for one or two people, 4.1L or 4.2L for a small family, 6.2L when a whole chicken or a full tray has to go in at once, and 7.1L when you would rather cook the chips and the fish side by side.
