Description
The Sonifer SF-8161 is a 5 L stand mixer with a stainless steel bowl and a 500 W pure copper motor. It runs on 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz.
Two knobs control it. Dough mixing time can be set from 1-15 min, and a fermentation function runs from 1-120 min at a constant 30-40 °C. A stainless steel blender knife is included, and silicone foot pads grip the worktop.
