Description
Centrifugal extraction: Its single optimised speed is tuned to handle both soft and hard produce, so you do not have to guess a setting between apples, carrots, beetroot and pineapple. The 55 mm feeding tube takes most fruit with only a rough chop, which cuts the prep time before you even start.
1.5 litres in one run: The integrated 1 litre pulp container holds enough waste to see you through about 1.5 litres of juice before it needs emptying, so a jug for the whole family is a single uninterrupted session rather than a stop-start job.
QuickClean design: The sieve is built with smooth surfaces instead of the usual nooks that trap fibre, so it wipes clean with an ordinary kitchen sponge. Philips rates the full clean-down at about one minute, and every removable part is dishwasher safe.
Direct-serve tap and drip stop: Juice straight into the supplied 500 ml jug or slide a glass up to 12 cm tall under the integrated tap. Flick the drip stop closed when you are done and the spout stops dribbling onto the counter.
See-through pulp container: Both the lid and the pulp container are transparent, so you can watch the produce being processed and see at a glance when the container is ready to be emptied.
Compact counter footprint: At roughly 23 cm wide and 2 kg, it is about half the size of Philips' larger Avance juicers, which means it can live on the counter permanently instead of being dragged out of a cupboard each morning.
