The Panasonic EH-NE27 pairs an 1800 W draw with the drying capability of a 2000 W dryer, and adds ion conditioning on top. Panasonic reworked the heater and fan so airflow and heat land in the right balance, which means shorter sessions and less heat exposure overall.

The ionity part is an ion generator that coats each strand as you dry. The ions cut the static that leaves hair flyaway and help the surface lie flat, so the finish reads smoother and catches more light without any extra product.

Four settings cover the work, and two of them exist purely to keep temperature in check. Scalp Care runs gentle warm air aimed at drying the roots comfortably, and Heat Protection holds a milder temperature across the whole head so lengths and scalp are not cooked. Turbo handles the bulk of the dry, and a cool-shot button on the handle drops the air to cool instantly without you having to move the main slider — hitting it at the end of a section sets the shape you have just brushed in.

Air pressure is 48 g measured without the nozzle, which is what gives it the push to dry thick hair quickly, and a set nozzle is included to direct that airflow onto one section at a time.
