Panasonic Hair Dryers
Panasonic Hair Dryers at Night Owl
The Panasonic dryers on this page sort themselves by motor power: 1200W in the EHND21P, 1300W in the silent EH-ND56, 1500W in the low-noise EHND57P and EH-ND57H, 1800W in the fast-dry EH-ND37 and the ionity EH-NE27, and 2000W in the ionity EH-NE66. The ionity models add an ion generator, Panasonic’s answer to static and frizz in damp air.
Watts against noise
More watts means more airflow and a shorter session under the nozzle, but it also means more sound in a small bathroom, which is exactly why the 1300W and 1500W models are the ones badged silent and low noise. If you dry every morning, the quieter mid-power dryer is easier to live with. Thick or long hair is the case for 1800W or 2000W. All of them run on the 220-240V mains as supplied.
- 1200W and 1300W for light, quiet, everyday drying
- 1500W low-noise models for daily use without the racket
- 1800W fast-dry for thick or long hair
- 2000W ionity for the shortest time under the dryer
