Hisun Ovens
Hisun electric ovens at Night Owl
Countertop electric ovens in three cavity sizes: HKAB3-30 at 30L, HKBB2-35 at 35L and HH3801 at 38L. They plug into a wall socket, which is the whole reason people buy one instead of a built-in oven. No gas line, no cabinet to modify, no electrician. Top and bottom elements with a thermostat and a timer dial cover baking, roasting and grilling.
How to choose
Cavity litres translate roughly into tray width, so think about what has to go inside. 30L takes a small tray or a cake tin; 35L and 38L will hold a whole chicken or two trays of biscuits on separate racks. Check the rack slots as well as the volume, because an oven with a single shelf position cannot bake on two levels however large the cavity is. Give the wall behind it some air too, as the outside gets hot.
