Weighing Scales
Weighing Scales at Night Owl
Digital scales for the kitchen and for the counter. The DSP KD7003 is the electronic kitchen scale here: a flat platform, a digital readout and a tare button, which is the control that actually matters. Press it with an empty bowl sitting on the platform and the display zeroes, so you weigh only what you add after that.
How to choose
Work out whether you are weighing ingredients or selling by weight, because those are two different machines. A kitchen scale reads in grams with a fine step and lives in a drawer. A shop scale computes a price against the weight and turns a second display towards the customer, which is what a counter needs. Wherever it ends up, weigh on something hard and level, since a mat, a tablecloth or a warm hob edge will all throw the reading out.
