iFan makes air-moving equipment for hot, humid rooms, fans and humidifiers among them. The model on this page is IF3257, a 6L humidifier on a floor stand. The tank sits at the top of a column so the mist leaves at roughly chest height instead of at the skirting board, where it would drop onto the tiles long before it reached anybody sitting down.

What a humidifier actually does

An air-conditioned bedroom dries out fast, and dry air is what leaves you with a scratchy throat and a blocked nose in the morning even though the room felt comfortable all night. A humidifier puts that moisture back. Tank size decides whether the thing gets used or abandoned: a 6L tank runs through a full night and most of the following day, so nobody has to refill it at two in the morning.
