Digital Standing Display Scale - 40SCL

The 40SCL is a standing platform scale, and the standing part is the whole design decision.

Its display sits up on a column rather than lying flat on the platform. That solves two problems at once. You read the weight standing upright instead of crouching over the floor, which matters when you are weighing dozens of items in a day. And because the display faces outward at eye level, the customer on the other side of the counter sees exactly the same number you do — which prevents most weight disputes from ever starting.

At 40 kg it is sized for commercial rather than personal use: sacks, boxes, produce, parcels and stock. The open flat platform takes awkward or oversized loads that would overhang a small compact scale.

The readout is digital, so there is no dial to interpret or needle to read at an angle.
