Geepas Rechargeable 4 in 1 Massage Gun - GM86079

The Geepas GM86079 is a cordless percussion massage gun, and the four heads are what make it genuinely useful rather than a single-purpose gadget.

The round head handles large muscle groups — quads, glutes, shoulders — where you want broad, forgiving pressure. The flat head spreads that pressure more evenly for a gentler pass. The tapered head does the opposite: it concentrates everything into one point, which is what you want when you have found a specific knot.

The U-shaped head is the one worth understanding. Its two prongs straddle a ridge, so you can work the muscle on both sides of the spine, or either side of the Achilles tendon, while the gap keeps the percussion off the bone and tendon in the middle. That is precisely where a round head would be doing damage rather than good.

Six intensity levels give it real range — light enough to warm up with, strong enough for recovery work after training, and adjustable down for an area that is already tender. The 1,200 mAh lithium battery delivers up to 60 minutes per charge, which at a few minutes per session means weeks between charges, and it charges over USB from the included cord.

At 0.87 kg it is light enough to hold at arm's length behind your own shoulder — which sounds trivial until you try it with a heavier one, because that is the position that determines whether a massage gun gets used or ends up in a cupboard. Cordless throughout, so nothing tugs while you reach.
