The Milton 5000ml Buffet is a double-walled insulated casserole with a stainless steel inner bowl, made for serving hot food at the table and keeping it hot between servings. It holds 5000ml (5 litre).
Thermoware like this is unpowered - the insulation does the work - so it goes straight from the kitchen to the dining table, to a picnic or to an office lunch. It is not for the microwave or the stove.
