Description
The Milton Curve 2000 is a double-walled insulated casserole with a stainless steel inner bowl, made for serving hot food at the table and keeping it hot between servings. It holds 1880ml (1.88 litre).
A note on the name, because it catches people out: Milton calls this size Curve 2000 , but that number is a size class within the Curve range, not the amount it holds. The bowl itself holds 1880ml, and the specification table above lists both figures.
Thermoware like this is unpowered - the insulation does the work - so it goes straight from the kitchen to the dining table, to a picnic or to an office lunch. It is not for the microwave or the stove.
