SweetBull Fry Pan 20cm - Tawa

The SweetBull 20 cm fry pan is a plain, everyday non-stick pan, the kind that gets used as a tawa as often as a frying pan: right for eggs for two, an omelette or a chapati.

The body is heavy-duty aluminium, which heats up quickly and spreads the heat evenly, with a black non-stick coating inside and a metallic lacquer finish outside. The black bakelite handle is welded on, stays cooler to hold than metal, and has a hole at the end for hanging.

Use wooden or silicone tools rather than metal, wash it by hand with a soft sponge, and let it cool before it goes under the tap. Scratches and sudden cold water are what wear a non-stick coating out early.

The retailer lists it for electric and infrared cooktops; no induction rating is given, so ask us before using it on an induction hob. The photo shows the 24 cm size of the same pan.
