Description
The Dessini 40 cm double fry pan is the largest of the three Dessini double fry pans at Night Owl: two non-stick aluminium pans joined by a hinge, big enough for a whole fish or a family batch of chicken pieces. Close it, cook one side, then turn the whole pan over to cook the other.
One half has raised grill ribs and the other a flatter surface, and a red silicone seal runs round the rim so heat and oil stay inside when the pan is flipped.
Use wooden or silicone tools rather than metal, wash it by hand with a soft sponge, and let it cool before it goes under the tap. Scratches and sudden cold water are what wear a non-stick coating out early.
It is listed for gas cooktops.
