Sanford 2 Burner 2 in 1 Built-in Gas Stove - SF5403GC

The Sanford SF5403GC is a two-burner gas stove under a black 8 mm tempered glass top, with the two knobs set into the glass between the burners. Sanford sells it as a 2 in 1: it can be built into a worktop, or stand on the counter on its own grip legs.

Both burners are heavy cast iron, rated at 3.6 kW each, with 130 × 130 mm caps. Each one sits in a stainless steel tray under a cast iron pan support. Pulse ignition lights each burner from its knob.

The stove runs on LPG at 28–30 mbar, which matches a household 30 mbar low-pressure regulator such as the Longtime C80 that Night Owl sells. Sanford gives gas consumption as 527 g/h. Sanford does not list a flame-failure device for this model, so if a pot boils over and puts a flame out, turn that knob off straight away.

Sanford lists the stove at 730 × 445 × 205 mm but does not publish the cut-out size, so if it is going to be built in, check the cut-out in the manual before a worktop is cut. Fitting a built-in gas stove, including the cut-out and the gas connection, is a job for a qualified gas fitter.
