The Panasonic CS-EU12CKY3F is a 1.0 ton inverter split air conditioner — the standard size for a bedroom, a study or a small office room. Rated cooling is 3,450 W, or 11,772 Btu/h, and it is a cooling-only unit, which is exactly what you want in the Maldives where the heating side of a reverse-cycle machine would never be switched on.
