The Panasonic MX-GA2350 NutriTurbo is a personal blender — the small, fast kind you use every morning rather than the large jug you drag out on a weekend. It has one button, two jars and a six-blade stainless steel cutter, and it is sized for one or two servings at a time.

The two jars split the work cleanly. The 300 ml jar is for dry grinding: black pepper, cumin, coffee beans, a small batch of chutney paste. The 500 ml jar is for everything wet: a banana shake, a carrot and orange juice, a fruit puree for a baby. Both take an airtight lid, so the jar you blended in becomes the container you store it in.

One note on the wattage, because it confuses people. Panasonic lists this motor as 600 W, which in the Indian market means maximum motor locked wattage — the peak the motor draws at the instant it is loaded hardest. Its rated continuous running power is 350 W. Both numbers describe the same motor; you will see either quoted depending on where you look.

A few honest limits. This is a personal blender, not a full mixer grinder — the jars hold 300 ml and 500 ml, so a week's worth of masala is several batches, not one. The jars are food-grade plastic rather than glass, which keeps them light and unbreakable but means they should be washed by hand with a soft sponge and kept away from scouring pads. And give the motor a short rest between back-to-back batches; small high-speed motors last longer for it.
